Founded in 2002 and based in central Oahu, Advanced Compliance Solutions Inc. (ACSI) is Hawaii's trusted partner for environmental engineering, septic systems, excavation, and regulatory support.
We are Hawaii's only full-service engineering and installation provider — meaning one team handles design, permitting, excavation, installation, and compliance. Our principal engineer, Dennis Poma, brings over 35 years of engineering and construction experience to every project.
We proudly serve Oahu, Kauai, Hawaii Island, and Maui, helping more than 500 clients navigate everything from new septic installations to complex environmental and compliance challenges.
